¡Starting to get familiar with the question one prompt. Attached to today’s agenda is the example prompt. You need to read through the prompt and the poem. Annotate both prompt and poem (TP-CASTT or FIT?). That’s as far as you need to go! Be ready to debrief next class and discuss your thinking.

TP-CASTT practice with poem of choice: "The Black Walnut Tree" by Mary Oliver or "Keeping Quiet" by Pablo Neruda--if you are absent, Google these, decide which one speaks to you more, and do a TP-CASTT analysis of that poem. I'm handing out graphic organizers again in class--you can just use the master copy in your poetry packet to guide you.
